How do you communicate with spirits/demons/ghosts/entities that you cannot physically hear?

Our abilities same as the spirits abilities will fluctuate, and there will be times it can communicate in some way, and depending on your abilities too. Some spirits will get mad because they aren't getting anywhere with their communications or they feel your not paying any attention. One of the best ways to communicate is while in bed, talk to it, and ask it questions, and fall off to sleep with these questions on your mind, some spirits will come within your dream to either show you what they look like and or they use pictures visions instead of words to communicate. Sometimes the spirit will speak out loud, and you may hear it and be aware of it, depending on what stage of sleep your in.....you may even wake up to see it.
