How come the Heat were able to get 3 superstars on their team. Do they have much more money than other teams?

LeBron's dream is to become a millionaire, so he can't be earning that little. The Heat have 3 all-stars on one team. 2 of those players are considered to be the #1 and #2 in the league by many. That is ridiculous.
