Why does my pup do this?

i have never heard of a dog doing this before but maybe she doesn't like her leash. Maybe she got hurt by her leash one day when you wern't looking and now she is scarred of it. I know i have a dog who we rescured at just like 8 months old and was a stray she is still afraid of a broom. Just continue with what you are doing and hopefully she will get over her fear. if not maybe move the leash so she cant see it in the mornings.
