My dog is breaking out in pimples i think?

Okay well one of my sisters gave my yorkie chiwawas a bath with suave shampoo... i have 2 that are brothers and the other is a poodle. I know it was stupid of her to give him a bath with that but They were all washed with suave shampoo and one of them the next day broke out in pimples and the other 2 were fine. Will he be okay ? he's acting normal and fine but im worried... should i take him to the vet?
