Is there a way to use a twin headboard on a full bed?

I have a beautiful bedroom suit with a twin bed currently. I would like to get a full sized bed in the near future, but i'd like to keep my headboard so every thing matches. Is there some sort of full bed frame that can connect to a smaller head board?
