Is it okay to use herbal hello hydration even if u don't have dry hair?

i don't have dry hair its like average and my hair is wavy i don't dye it and i want it smooth and shiny is that a good shampoo and conditioner for my hair or is there a better shampoo and conditioner for my hair from herbal?
