I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE, SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!?

At 2:10 this morning something scared me awake (I slept on my belly with my head facing the headboard and hands under the pillow) when I lifted up my head I felt something on my hands, I then looked at my wall in a slight daze and saw gallons of blood along it and it drooled down to my headboards but what scared me shitless was when I looked on my hands there was blood all over them. I screamed out and jumped back then went to turn on my light, but before I did it was gone...like Ive never killed anything but I felt the blood on me and it looked as if it had soaked my bed. it was like I could actually feel it too. Now I am a writer and I do write horror and Ive noticed that my writings, whether they're horror or not are becoming very twisted before this happened to me. and now i cant think straight, I can't think what to write and I got a knife and was cutting into bottles. not like stabbing them, just cutting them. AM I GOING CRAZY?
