Can a 13 year old get a nose job?

ok i have a pretty good reason for this. when i was 5 i was jumping on the bed and slammed my face on the metal headboard. it turned into a huge red dot on the bridge of my nose. now at 13 i am left with a big bump where my little slope-like bridge is supposed to be. my mom also has the same problem because she broke her nose when she was little. she says it effects her breathing and im afraid it would happen to me too. it also lowers my self esteem. i never want people to see my profile because it is pretty noticeable. if i could i would change it in a heart beat.
